Guest guest
Hi . I hope you feel better soon. I know how you feel about not being able to do your Tae Bo. In the past week, I've had 4 different family members hospitalized for different reasons, and at different hospitals - 1 for morning sickness, 1- for congestive heart failure, 1 for spider bites, and one for a car accident. Everyone is home now ... I missed my workouts for 5 days in a row, but I'm back into it now! Listen to your body. Rest if that is what it's telling you to do Take Care, Tasha > Hey everyone.....I'm getting so aggrevated that I am still sick. > I'm taking flu medicine! And it just won't go away. Guest guest
An illness may keep you from exercising. Once you're feeling better, start working out again, but start slow and gradually increase your exercise intensity level. For each day you were sick, go easy for two to three days. Be sure to listen to your body! > > Hey everyone.....I'm getting so aggrevated that I am still sick. > I'm taking flu medicine! And it just won't go away.
