I can do the "plank"...but can't seem to make it into a pushup..LOL. Guest guest
Awe... I hope that you are feeling better! The flu is not a fun thing to have! I hate it when I'm sick and can't workout! One time, I broke my big toe so bad that the Dr. told me no working out for 4 weeks. I had to wear a boot on my foot. Much to my suprize, I could still do Tae Bo, but my gait was messed up due to wearing one tennis shoe, and one boot. I was rocking back and forth, so my friend who happens to work in the hospital, was laughing so hard at me for not being able to sit on my bottom for 4 weeks, she brought me another boot to wear on my good foot so I could do tae bo and be happy My Dr. just shook his head and laughed....so I understand how you feel. The important thing is that you feel better Tasha > In a message dated 4/7/04 9:19:55 PM Eastern Daylight Time, > t_strehl@y... writes: > > > . Guest guest
I have only had to do the 10 (5 each side after leg strech) in the warm up of ultimate butt so far. But when I do them I do them Military style. Of course that might come frome my time in the military.t_strehl wrote: How does everyone do as far as push ups are concerned. Do you do them on your knees, or the harder way? Guest guest
LOL! Neither do I, but if we keep doin' push ups we will! Tehehehe While I'm thinking about it...Here's another question- How many pull ups can everyone do?
