Help finding Northern Utah area doctors

I hope someone can help me. I am moving soon to Cache Valley Utah and need to

find a doctor who can continue to work with me, understands Chiari and the

medications I need. I have had surgery, just need to find someone for follow up

care. Any suggestions? I would be 2 hours from SLC and near Idaho also if any

are there. I am nervous about having to start all over to try and find doctors

who know what Chiari is and how to treat it, or who are at least open to

learning about it.
