hi hedy!

i asked about these workouts and the bag when they first came out last week

but got no responses. however if you search this groups archives you will

find one recent message from a member who has contact 1, i believe. she

said that billy had her do an interesting move with the bag between her legs

and that her b/f was looking at her funny! LOLOL! i think that was on

this group anyway. that is all that ive heard about these workouts here.

Hey!That was me I like contact one.. don't have contact two. I don't think I would do it on its own, but it is great to piggy back on another basic tape or one of the new dvds. Um.. the mounting move (I can't come up with a cleaner term)... is still cause for giggles around here. hee hee

i heard your question but i have no idea if the current company has improved

the original step or not... sorry. if i were to buy a bench i think that i

would go with THE STEP from THE STEP COMPANY... it seems to be the most

popular bench around and there is also a new high step made by the same

company that uses the same risers -- so if you have all of the risers for

the step bench then you can just buy a topper and get a high step out of it

too.

There are a couple in the files for Contact 1. I still have not had a chance to do it. But I don't think anyone has Contact 2 yet. I need to get mine here soon. I just changed bank accounts, so I need to update the finances and be sure I'm not gonna get myself in trouble again...hehehehe.

Well the person at VF sent hers back. She was really disappointed in

them. A few posted their impressions and they were not favorable. I

think I'll pass on these. Seems the Boppo Bag is not well

received either.

Yes, the bag is very cheesy. I've played around with it and it doesn't "respond" the same as the one in the video. I thought I had inflated it wrong or something. But Jen had posted the same thoughts. I've reviewed the 1st one, but just haven't done it.
