Guest guest
- This is realy a neat game. I tried the sample quiz. I will put this game on my Christmas shopping list. Thanks, Gerry A successful activity I just wanted to comment about an activity that has been a success. I purchased the Finish Lines game board -- actually the orginial I gave to the Activities Dir. at the NH where my mother lives, and the 2nd version which is only the cards I keep for my mom in her bedroom burreau. First, I was pleasantly surprised about how many proverbs my mother was able to do by herself with me. Then, when I visited the NH last Friday, someone from Activities asked me if it was me who purchased Finish Lines. When I said that it was me, she thanked me and said that the other residents really enjoyed playing the game! I was thrilled to hear that the game WORKED with the other dementia residents too! Here's a link to the game: http://www.game-board.com/game.html I do a lot of trial & error -- some things work, others don't. So when I find something that is beneficial for my mom (and others) I get excited.
