hi i have a few questions, but also wanted to update on post op status.

finally i feel as though i have reached a turning point, mainly emotionally

and accepting that i still have residual symptoms that may or may not get better

worse or even stay just as they are ( in the words of my surgeon and now

neurologist). i am still having chiari head rush pain although i am learning to

adapt so that they are not as frequent, myoclonus (jerking) of arms shoulders

and head. neck and back pain, and other weird neuropathy things. all of these i

can cope with just about.

but what is weird that my neurologist is saying i have had decompression, so the

head pain is not chiari, but cough headache, yet they happen a lot on position

change so i am a little confused. she is not a chiari specialist, but a headache

one,

she wants to try me on a drug called indomethacine for the head rush pain, has

anybody else tryed this?did it work?

sorry this post is long, i would appreciate any feed back.

thank you in advance and hope all are doing ok, keep smiling diane uk x
