Guest guest
I bought the > Cardio dvd a couple of weeks ago because I needed something more > energizing than Pilates. Hi Jen, When I added the Taebo Cardio in with my Pilates I saw a huge benefit. I started losing inches faster and my stomach flattened some also. I have the GR Advanced and tried that but I am not good enough for that yet. I just ordered the GR Basic 1 and 2 and I really think I will be able to do that. I can do the Gold and Basic and I have several others. The Abs & Glutes is tough!!! I really like it but it takes everything I have to do it. You will definitely feel it. I am sweat city when I finish it. LOL The Abs & Glutes will help your butt get tight. Believe me! In case anyone is interested www.deepdiscountdvd.com has there exercise dvd's on sale right now at 20% off. The discount code when you check out is deepdiscount. I just bought 5 exercise dvd's for $33.00 Thats not back. It included the GR 1 & 2 Basic. If you look under Special Interests and also under the T. I´m so happy to hear that you are really enjoying it. I just started about 5 months ago and I have lost 60 pounds. I´ve reallly firmed up pretty nicely. I have the tapes Get Ripped bacis and Advanced! I just love them so much becáuse it´s really helped me. I faithfully do it everyday. I also have Taebo Live which has helped my stomach and butt. I´m now waiting for Ultimate abs and butt! Hoping that I will have success with that one. Hopefully if you get some of those that I spoke about it will help you a lot. I know others will give you great advice too. Good luck to you Jen Sharon
