If Pro-air is like Qvar you will know because the puff sounds different. It sounds like it is blowing air rather than medicine. To double check, if you shake it, you won't hear any liquid. That's been my experience.

Kathy, that is a good question and hope someone has suggestions. I have used Proair and wondered same thing. I used to write my usage on paper but found that was not practical and gave up the idea.

Hi KathyI'm not sur what kind of inhalerPro air is but if it is a canister I was taughtTo pull out the canister and place it in aGlass of water if it sinks it's full if it floatsIt's empty. If that's not possible my husbandDates his inhalers with a magic marker whenHe starts to use them and using the measuredMeter doses figures out when it will be emptySent from my iPod

I do something similar. After not paying attention the first time, I know it lasts about a month now and I look at the date it was refilled and make sure I call in the refill ahead of that time.

There is a bit in the instructions for inhalers that say don't immerse the canisters in waterJennTha can tek t'lass outta Yorkshire...! Don't brand me, don't classify me, don't tell me what to wear. I'll be who I want to be, and I'm proud to be me.Subject: Re: Re: Pro-Air inhalerTo:
