Hi ,

I have 3 kids. One will be 12 on Monday, then a 3 y/o and a 5 month old. My oldest and hubby are out of the house by 7:30 so that is when I do Tae Bo. I am usually up by 6 lately and have breastfed my son by then and gotton my daughter ready for the day (she has pre-school 2X pre week and dance on another day). It is challanging to get it in there and get things done so I can leave the house by 9 BUT it can be done! I am just VERY determined to get my old body back since we are not going to have any more kids. Let me know if I can help!

Take care,

Tara

Usually before work. Right now, I don't have to go in until 3. So depending on when I get up, I try to do it the first thing. Sometimes I play on the 'puter first and then workout.

Tell me about it Tara and ! I have 3 kids also and I find it

very difficult but I manage and very determined to Taebo everyday. I

do it every morning after I take my daughter to school for 9:00AM

Then I have a 2 year old son and 8 month old daughter to take care

of. I have to do it while the baby is in the play pen and my son is

trying to do Taebo with me lol! It's so funny! I have to say that

most of my days I can get thur it until the baby starts to cry.

Regardless of what happens it has really worked for me BIG TIME :) It

would be great to talk to others mothers like yourselves :)

Tara and Sharon....we just have to stick to it! I want my body

back! Sometimes it's just so unfair that they women have to carry

the children and the men don't gain anything!

and Tara! We could really do this and stick to it. We really

need to support one another because it's important. When my older

daughter (6 years old) noticed my pregnancy with my 2 year old son

and my 8 month daughter she started to cry. I asked her what was the

matter. She said that she hated the fact that I've gained so much

weight.I even noticed that she was ashamed for me to come around her

friends :( (I gained 60 pounds perfectly with each pregnancy but

always managed to take it off after 8 months or so) I just know that

I have to keep this Taebo up because it feels so good to hear my

daughter now say " Mom you look great and I'm so proud that your my

mother " ! Just that alone keeps me going with Taebo each and every

morning. We could do this together in spirit! Let's support one

another :)

Awwww Sharon, it is amazing what kids take in! I am happy to hear your little girl is proud of mommy now! Keep it up! Did you take any measurements or know how much weight you have lost yet or anything? I even take pics of myself in front of the mirror and print them up once a month and write down all my measurements on the paper and tape it right to my bedroom mirror. MAJOR motivator! I agree with you and we should definatly check in with each other often....seeing we are in the same boat..LOL

Take care,

Tara

Sharon,

WOW you have had a terrific weight loss already. I would like to be in the 145 area (or lower but I will be happy with 145). I am afraid that I will always have a saggy belly with all the steatch marks......sorry TMI. I tell my husband that in about 3-5 years when I am not needed around here so much I will go get a tummy tuck to get rid of all the extra skin and a boob job to reduce them and get rid of extra skin. Who knows maybe before I get to that point I will have transformed enough to make the extra skin go away...magically...LOL. You are right, us MOMS need to stick together!

Take Care,

Tara

I know for a fact though that I've lost about 15 pounds since I've been doing Taebo. I have lost totally 65 pounds since my pregnancy. I was 210 and now I'm 145!! I'm down to my goal but I am trying to firm up a bit. Taebo is definately helping in that department it's just my stomach is still flabby from the baby. I just need to get one of those lower and upper body tapes. I don't have any tapes for your lower body only have Get Ripped Basic 1 and 2 for that. I can see such a great difference in my clothes and so does my husband and kids. I will get a measuring tape to measure the inches I've lost. I promise :) We mothers need to stick together. You are a great inspiration to me Tara!!As Deb has said: "Fitness is a journey and it begins with the first step.""This isn't about weight loss, it's about enlightenment" -Visit our new vault site http://taeboon.isportsdot.com/
