RE: SE of prostate cancer drugs

Hi all,

I have a patient with prostate cancer who is taking - Alfuzosin, Bicalutamide

(Casodex), Cyprostat and Zoladex. His symptoms and PSA is well controlled he

just wants help with the weight gain which has occured since being on the meds.

Would I just treat this as simple weight gain and advise on diet and exercise or

is there anything else I could give him The hot flushes are now controlled since

he started on the Cyprostat.

Any help would be great.
