Guest guest
Thought this 'you tube' short video from BBC4 offers an amusing and interesting take on the past 200 years of health around the world. http://news.yahoo.com/s/yblog_thelookout/watch-200-years-of-history-in-5-minutes (Not sure how to do links on here, but you can cut and Paste I suppose) Anne
Guest guest
Thanks Anne fascinating - I was curious as to the identity of the one red dot up with the western dots, but he didn't comment on it, .......Hong Kong I suppose. (The link was fine ) ( I think most mail programs automatically create a hyperlink (?) from a web address, there's sometimes a problem with longer ones, but shorthish ones are very straightforward - isn't software clever.....) Guest guest
Hi, Interesting presentation. I note that the wealth increased significantly before health. Of course, health (as defined here as life expectancy - that is a whole different discussion!) improved due to changes in water supply and housing conditions, not because of technological or medical advances.
