Guest guest
Hey Stranger !!!!!!!! The 2K4 workouts are regular cardio workouts. But cardio wise (although some folks on the main boards have posted that they're getting their butt kick and one of them isn't quite a newbie), it's not the same intensity as we're used to with the older workouts. But you can still make it harder. There are a few new moves. really concentrates on working both sides and we don't do as many sets. All the workouts are around 45 minutes. There is an 8 power rounds workout, but it's clips from the Cardio, Flex and I think the Power and Strength Believer's workouts. They took 8-1 minute segments and put them into a workout. The discription for the 8 min tape sounds liek it has that type of thing to it? Just wondering what the others were like, or where there is more info about them. I couldnt find to much about it on www.billybanks.com site at all. Guest guest
I'm a big fan of Capture The Power, I really enjoy the added resistance with the weighted balls, where you really notice it is on the Power DVD, where you begin to throw punches right after putting the weights down, there is a noticeable difference in how light your arms feel. Some people have mentioned that they find this set a little less intense, hey, wahtever works for you, I say. As for me, I want to thank for listening to his students that asked for resistance, it's nice to know he's listening. Jerry

Guest guest
They've raised and lowered the prices so much. When the workouts were FIRST posted, they had it at like $100. Then when they started taking orders, it was around $60. Then they went down to $39 and then it was $29. I've seen it go up and down several times. -- Re: capture the power question thanks Gymmie and Jerry,Its wierd though that everywhere but on billyblanks.com they are selling capture the power for like ten bucks more? ©2002 Eva's IncrediMail Letter Styles ____________________________________________________ IncrediMail - Email has finally evolved - Click Here
