I have one more question... *B*

Does anyone here prectice Pilates? If yes, how do you think it

compares to Tae-Bo as far as core conditioning and ab training and

toning go? I know they are completely different, I just go curious to

see if anyone had experience with both and which one you think is more

effective to get really nice abs (not necessarily a 6-pack!)
