Guest guest Posted March 4, 2000 Report Share Posted March 4, 2000 Hello Mennie, I eat cashews, walnuts and pine nuts. I eat from 1/4 to 1/2 cup. I do not eat more as my sugars drop too far. I also eat hazelnut, cashew and macadamia nut butters, no more than 3 tablespoons at a time. I do not eat almonds or peanuts as I am allergic to them. This works well for me. I was surprise when I first tried it out. To see the difference that the nuts made in my sugars. I have even managed to lose 30 pounds eating the nuts. But feed me bread and pasta and I gain or stall in my weight and my sugars soar. My brother-in-law the nuts do not work for him either. Sherry T2 Meenie wrote: > > > What kinds of nuts you eating?
