Guest guest Posted March 2, 2004 Report Share Posted March 2, 2004 Hey everyone, I am really struggling to put the right foods in my mouth and since I am not working right now, I seem to be ALWAYS eating. Does anyone have any tricks to help stave off the munchies? Also I'd be interested to learn what other lo-cal food finds people on this list have found that help them keep on track with diet. A few of my finds: Stouffers Skillet Sensations-High on sodium and carbs, but low on calories and decently satisfying. Weiders Body Shaping bars-Suprisingly yummy for a protein bar. Morning Star Veggie corn dogs, " chicken " nuggets and buffalo wings. Tastes like real meat. I LOVE them. I found these this week. I had the veggie burgers before and couldn't stomache them. I'm so glad I tried " veggie " again. Anyone else have any helpful diet hints?? a Who has been off the exercise wagon because of an infected wisdom tooth and subsequent removal.
