Your best bet for slimming your stomach is a combination of cardio, strength training (for all of your muscles as muscle takes more energy to maintain than fat, so you'll boost your metabolism) and diet. Ab BootCamp will help you strengthen your core, which is also very important, but in and of itself is not enough. Continue to alternate it with the Cardio Live, and try Basic again. If you can do Cardio Live, you might surprise yourself with Basic. Good luck! My stomach is my worst spot as well, so I feel your pain. Chris****I have a question for anyone that has purchased the Bootcamp dvds. I really enjoy the Tae Bo Abs.....alot! After having three kids my stomach looks awful!! Can you lose weight just doing the Abs BootCamp for awhile? Or is it not enough cardio? I sweat alot when I do it, but then I am out of shape. The Cardio Live I can do also.
