Hello Sam,

I really do not want to add to what I all ready have.

If I could get some of the foods back, it would make making meals and

shopping easier.

The Dr. I seen said that in time, once my body settles down. I might be able

to handle some of the foods. That seems to be allergies, but are really

sensitivities. Or is triggered by combinations of different foods. But that

the allergies would still be allergies.

I am not the only one in my family who has either food, drugs or both types

of allergies.

I am trying to learn what foods affect the diabetes, food allergies,

and how my body reacts to both. It is slow going as I do not understand a

lot of it. And it has been less that a year since I found out about both

challenges. I have been going by what my Drs. have said and how my body

feels. I just want to be healthy enough to able to keep up with my family.

In the last few years I have missed so much.

Thanks for your response, Sam :)

I appreciate any help.
