Examination of the knee:

Left tibias were WNL. The left knee did exhibit a significant amount of pain

on palpation to the surface of the knee as well as s/l *vile depth strain*.

No pain to palpation of s/l *verous strain*, anteroposterior s/l *duro* sign.
