Guest guest
Progesterone cream has helped me a lot with my menstrual headaches. I get them from exercise, too. I'm taking it all but 5 days of the month, but that may be inappropriate, depending on your age and progesterone levels. Be picky about which cream you use. My ND recommended Karuna, and it works for me. I tried a cheaper one, and it didn't do a thing. > > > Hi Ya'll, > > By chance does anyone know of a way to prevent or stop a severe migraine? I suppose you would be rich and famous if you did! I get one every period. It used to be around the beginning of the period. Now it's towards the end, and they are getting very severe with nausea. My chiro, who I can't afford to consult with right now said that my body is not dumping hormones at the end of my cycle. Therefore, migraine. Any advice would be appreciated. > > Therese > > > > >
Guest guest
If your body is not dumping hormones, perhaps it's because your liver is toxic and can't do its job. Have you done anything to cleanse or detox your liver? > > Hi Ya'll, > By chance does anyone know of a way to prevent or stop a severe migraine? I suppose you would be rich and famous if you did!
