I'll be doing the lower body part of it tomorrow. Slow and Heay Pyramid work !!!!!! My musclies feel it !!!!! I did Taebo Cardio today, too! I like some of the combos in that one. Guest guest Posted October 16, 2005 Report Share Posted October 16, 2005 I was unable to fit in a tae bo workout because I am in the middle of a move and my house is in such disarray. However, I did do a 45 min power walk for my first day! I will update you all later for those of you interested in the healthy eating challenge.
