Welcome, I had to giggle about your comment about having live next door, that would be something, wouldn't it. I really like tae bo extreme. It is one of my favorite workouts. Delana.

My goal is to be fit for life, so there is no long term end point. I just set small interim goals for my journey. recommends focusing on perfecting your technique, rather than on the scale or other measures, and the weight will come. The current challenge to do 100 workouts for an average of 5 per week has helped with one of my goals, which is to be more consistent with my workouts. I am aiming toward 6 days a week as my next goal...Good luck and enjoy. Delana.
