I have read a couple of vitamins or minerals being deficienct can cause the hair loss as well. I don't remember which ones, you may wish to do more research and add more suppliments if your not taking the ones that come up in research.

I just had TSH and Vit D3 done this time. I honestly didn't think there would be that much change (and my symptoms haven't changed that much since the last increase). I have been hovering around 3-4.5 TSH for almost a year with a bunch of increases in Armour and 1 switch to Nature-throid (and 2 increases there). My Vit D came up low in Jan and so I started taking supplements for it...which I wonder the connection now...maybe that is what changed my TSH so drastically in such a short time?Either way, I still have hair falling out and dry skin. My core temp is doing a little better...not feeling cold all the time but it is still a problem. I really think maybe 1 or 2 more increases might do it...but I really don't know if the naturalpath I see is going to go for it...>> Did the doc test your free t3 and 4? Or just your TSH?> > Sent from SPACE.>
