Yesterday played tennis for the first time in a year with my 13 year

old. could hardly walk, besides which my boys dragged me to see Star

Wars and kept me up past my bedtime, so no tae bo yesterday. Today i

did Get Ripped Advanced 1, I find the get ripped tapes very challenging

aerobically, had to turn the tape off a few times after the 40 minute

mark to catch my breath, but otherwise, I was pleased and could see

improvement. Did not attempt the power move at the end...did not want

to destroy what is left of my knees. Looking at the database I see some

awesome progress, keep it up gang, it helps to push/pull ther rest of

us along to see everybody else's success. Delana.
