Guest guest
Hi All! Thank you so much for the help on how to reduce ammonia. I do feel my boys eat too much meat. Here is an idea of what they eat: breakfast: "Chicken Nugget" minced up organic chicken mixed with pureed green beans or zuchinni squash Lunch: Cooked Acorn or butternut squash pureed with six eggs and stevia and cooked in bread pan like bread. They share the pan for their meal Supper: "Meat balls" Either ground buffalo or Ground organic beef pureed and mixed with pureed brocolli and cauliflower Snacks Butternut squash fries, SCD jello with Knudsens Just Cranberry juice sweetened with stevia, Homemade popsicles, or Blueberry/Avocado pudding, Young Coconut Kefir This is what my boys eat throughout the day. I think if I can just cut back on the meat would be a great thing. They are very texturally picky. When I have tried beans in the past, they have just spit them out or if they ate them, they came out the other end totally undigested. So, I need easy to digest bean recipes that they would like. Any help at all would be wonderful!!! Dana and twin four year old boys with severe autism
