American school and the law

May be it is out of subject but does anyone can help me. In last June

the school director told us that our son might have personnal or

psychological problem later at school and if we taugh carefully about

leaving him in their school. Personnaly, we don't have any choice. We

live abroad with no other qualified school.

The question is could they put our son out of school because he is on

the spectrum? What about the law? He is at that school since he is 4

years old (now 9). He is not doing that bad. I am so scare about

that...
