Guest guest
Many folks will find that they don't lose pounds, but inches. I have a friend, who only lost 10 pounds and went from a 7/8 to a 3/4. But with the inches she lost, it looks like she lost a lot more than that. Don't try to get a "timeline" for when things will happen, because it'll just frustrate you when you don't meet the same goals as others. Consistency is the key and the results will come. Thanks Gymmie! I will take your advice to heart. I have been tracking my inches and food intake on fitday.com. What tape are you on? I just won another on ebay and am very excited to get it. I think I'm beginning to be an addict! Oh no! "o) It's a good thing! ^i^

Guest guest
I don't do the tapes in any particular order, I just do them as I'm in the mood. Once all the notes are finished, I'll look at those for my mood to see what I want to do. Sometimes, I'll hear a song on the radio or one will come to mind and I'll want to do a workout with that song in it. I just have AL10 and the Malibu Naturals workout to do my notes on. And other than that, the Instructionals and 8 minutes. Then I have the repeats (workouts that were from Tae Bo TV that were re-released as "new" workouts) and 's class. Can't wait to take another class from her and see how she's improved. Not that she was horrible, she's an AWESOME instructor. But with her teaching so much and learning more and more over the years, I know that she has even more combos and making everything more challenging. -- Re: welcome wendy!!!!! What tape are you on?
