Twenty-one minutes today. Part a workout for arms, and part of an aerobic workout. I still have problems with the endurance. I tire pretty quickly in aerobic workouts. Still, I'm back to pre-holiday levels for working out and that makes me glad. Twenty minutes is the minimum level for me to have an effect on my body/health. So being at minimum is not so bad. :) When I say minimum level I mean it's at this point that I begin to see changes, and things tightening up and the stress level going down. On high stress days, the muscles around my eye twitches...(an easy barometer of too much stress) but when I workout 20 minutes or more...then my eye doesn't twitch even if the situation is a bit stressful. Okay, that was probably more information than you really wanted. :)
