Help!!!! How is your French?

I have a correspondent who has asked for help in treatment decisions - trouble is that his medical report is in French and I am very poor at French - I learnt it at school until I was 16 but it is very basic!

It would be no use giving wrong information due to poor language skills - are there any French speakers out there competent to do a transalation??
