The KFC website nutritional information has them at: http://www.kfc.com/food/nutrition.asp Serving size: 4.05oz Calories per serving: 300 Total fat per serving: 16gm Dietary fibre: 0 According to my calculations, that comes out to 7.3 points. The question now is: how many strips are in 4.05 ounces? A chicken breast is about 2oz. Do three strips weigh about as much as two chicken breasts? You may be in luck... DonnaH in Surrey B.C.
