Guest guest
LOL, that is so cute! My 3 y/o tries to do it with me but at that age they get discoraged real quick! She does like to run back and forth as I am punching & kicking, like a game, she says "you missed me you missed me" Well a couple times I did get her at the end of a kick, good thing she wasn't closer for the full impact. WOWZER! Tara
Guest guest
That's too cute. Your little boy sounds adorable. He has one for kids, Tae Bo Jr. It's a kids workout, but you can still get a GREAT workout from it. He doesn't go easy on the kids at all. There's this one little girl about 3 or 4, she's so cute. She's too far off to the side, so you can only see her a few times. When we were watching the monitor when they were doing the taping, we just all fell in love with her. Just about all the kids in that workout, take TKD at the studio. Gymmie in Cali HBHYGI There are no friends at 200 MPH #3 gone, but not forgotten #45 & #42 gone too young, too soon Go #62 Go #15 Go #8 God loves us in good times and in bad times. But He is even more real in our lives when we are having tough times. Coach Joe Gibbs -- Ever too young? My six year old daughter was watching with me. All she kept saying was "I can do that", and "that doesn't look too hard", so I told her to get her "workout" clothes on and we would see! Well, to my suprise.. she did wonderful! She had sweat running on her little brow, and was moaning andgroaning along with me.. ____________________________________________________ IncrediMail - Email has finally evolved - Click Here

Nothing was a cute as my 2.5 yr old boy on the floor mat with us trying > to do the leg pushes!! Great distraction through the burn! (he kept falling > over) He does love the part where you get to count out loud! (no he isn't a > genius, he can only count one, two, three, six, nine) I think that's a adorable about your daughter and son doing Taebo with you. My daughter is also 6 and attempts to do the workout as well but just can't hang with and Mommy I have to give her effect for trying. I have a 2 year old son too. He just does the strengthes with me. I think it's so cute. Matter of fact he learned to count from 1-8 just because of the workouts. I guess just hearing them count from 1-8 everyday! Keep up the great work with your family. I'm trying to get my husband to do it with me but he just doesn't take it seriously Take Care Sharon (Newbie)
