Dear Ron, I've been away from my computer, just looking in all the digests I

could find to see if there were any news from you and your Mom. I'm so sorry her

condition has deteriorated just when you moved her and she was getting

acquainted with her neighbors. I see that your condition is not very good also.

What others already told you is true -you can't take care of your Mom if you get

sick, so now that she's been taken care of it's your turn to do something for

yourself. Get some rest, try the breathing exercises to relax, read a little, go

see a movie or do something that you enjoy. (I KNOW that's easier said than done

-I'm in the same boat and my children and friends are telling me exactly what I

told you.) Try to get a copy of the AARP Magazine, November-December 2007, and

look for the article on pages 63-69 -it's about caregivers and the toll they pay

for their care of LO. That really opened my eyes, and I AM going to get me some

help, still don't

know how or where, but I will.

I've been praying for you and your Mom all this time not knowing what had

happened after the move, and I'll keep doing it.

Take care! I don't know how old you are, but I'm sending you a mother (maybe

Grandmother?) hug.
