Did my new fatblaster cardio. Did not use the bands, but the billy

balls instead and was able to survive, except my knees are really

hurting me this week, I think that I need to pay more attention to

which workouts really stress them and try not to do those back to

back. It is a fun workout, and with the bands I imagine it is a real

burner. Will probably not be able to do tae bo tonight, unless I can

squeeze in a 30 minute tape, after I get done at work I have to cover

for my husband at work because he has an evening job tonight. Delana.
