Welcome! Congrats on your 11 pounds!

I wouldn't go by the height/weight charts. They don't take body composition into account. More and more folks are doing workouts that build muscle so they can weigh " more " than the charts suggest but be where they need to be.

For example, when I first started in 1999, I was 247 pounds and went down to 165. I was wearing a 22/24 and ended up in a 6/8. I was 25 pounds more than the high number on the chart, YET I was smaller than I was previously at the same weight (last time I was 165, I was a TIGHT 14).

As long as you're where you want to be and your tests all come back that you're healthy, I wouldn't worry about the charts. Same with the BMI charts, they don't take body composition into account, so it can say you're overweight/obese but you may be nothing buy muscle. Most athletes on these charts are considered overweight/obese, but many are nothing but muscle.

Is USDA suggested weight for height and age charts realistic with an intense workout like Tae bo? It says that I should weigh 126 pounds!!Help!
