The pace is fast, but I just don't go fast where I can't, and at the end there is a great static exercise for the lower abdomen that I have yet to conquer. The workout is pretty similar to the floor section on the tae bo live! Advanced tape, with a few extras for the abdomen and a few omissions for the glutes (hallelujah!). Sorry but some of those glutes exercises really kill me. Don't know when people say their abdomen has bulked up from the exercise, if I can get glutes that look 75% as good as Jillian's, I'll keep sticking this tape in from time to time. Delana.
