I'm afraid I've stopped using Dormex because I found them incredibly difficult

to deal with. After telling me products were in stock, they delayed my order by

6 weeks. My repeated phone calls were met with dishonest-honest or inaccurate

information, and their promised return phone calls were repeatedly not made.

Staff were rude and unhelpful, and when the order finally arrived, a couple of

things were missing, and I had to go through the endless phone calls / rude

staff stuff again. Maybe I was just unlucky.

I used Cambrian for my most recent order: cambriancontainers.com. 01686 611360

They were very helpful and friendly. The order arrived when they told me it

would, and the prices were comparable to other suppliers.

I've used Dormex and never had any problems and when I've phoned them with

product queries always found them very helpful.
