Guest guest
Hi Tara, My name is also Tara. I was married almost 4 years ago and have 2 little ones within that time. I am also 5' 8" so I can relate. I have finally made it down to 160 and it has been a struggle. That partly could be due to the fact that I am breatfeeding. My plan is to be in the 140's or better. Well I think I have gone on enough ..........................Welcome! Take care, Tara

Guest guest
I don't know how I missed the questions. It's been 5 years for me, so I don't remember the exact numbers. But I think I lost sizes around 15-20 pounds. I followed the WW program to get my eating under control and did only Tae Bo. I lost 75 pounds in 9 months. Went from a 22/24 to a 6/8. I weighed 40 pounds more than I did at my previous lowest, which was a 9/10 at 125. When the scale was going up, when I was 165, I was in a tight 14. Tae Bo will totally reshape you. So if you have certain goal weights/sizes throw it out the window. You may totally find that you're in the size that you wanted to be (or even smaller) and weigh a lot more than any "goal" weight you wanted. So keep pushing play and let Tae Bo do it's thing. Gymmie in Cali The difference between fit and fat is "I" What you eat between Thanksgiving and Christmas isn't as important as what you eat between Christmas and Thanksgiving God loves us in good times and in bad times. But He is even more real in our lives when we are having tough times. Coach Joe Gibbs -- Hi I am new:) I just started TaeBo again 12 days ago and I'm loving it!!! I did it for a little while a few years ago to fit in my wedding dress but now I'm doing it for real to be healthier and lose weight. I am 5'8" and 200 lbs, size 16. For all of you who have been doing TaeBo long term, what kind of results can I expect? I know I'm not going to lose 20 lbs in a week or anything but how long did it take you to go down a dress size? And was it just from TaeBo or did you change your diet too? Thanks everyone.TaraAs Deb has said: "Fitness is a journey and it begins with the first step.""This isn't about weight loss, it's about enlightenment" -Visit our new vault site http://taeboon.isportsdot.com/
