For instance if you are making the veggie soup in the ww book. Add all the calories up; I use canned veggies except for the cabbage so the points are easy to figure. The soup is high fiber so the points are low. Sometimes I aad chicken or some had beans like, kidney or white beans. My husband likes some sort of protein.
