to add up the points for these items you have to look at the

nutritional values. For instance if you are making the veggie soup

in the ww book. Add all the calories up; I use canned veggies except

for the cabbage so the points are easy to figure. The soup is high

fiber so the points are low. Sometimes I aad chicken or some had

beans like, kidney or white beans. My husband likes some sort of

protein.
