Guest guest
Hi Lee, Nice to hear from you too again. Other than osteoporosis that does not cause me any pain yet and some arthritis, I am thankful that I don't have any back pain--only some discomfort from breast reconstruction after bilateral breast cancer surgery in 1989. The plastic surgeon removed part of a muscle in my back to hold up the breast implants. However I have a lot of other health problems. Your gallbladder sounds similar to mine. It does seem logical that the larger stones would be less likely to cause a problem than the smaller ones that could block the bile duct. I am trying to gain weight, but it is difficult on a low-fat diet. I thought if I cut back on fats that perhaps that would help with the gallbladder situation. I am going to ask my gastroenterologist what he thinks about my problem when I see him next week. Please keep me informed as to when you will be having the surgery. I'll be thinking of you and, of course, wishing you the best and one less problem to worry about. Norma
