Guest guest
hi mindi! my favourites are the inspirational workout (which is a basic), live basic and live advanced (from the pack), basic live 1, 2 and 3, the studio advanced (which you have). i also like flex and cardio but feel that i need to do them together in order to get a good workout. advanced live 2 is also one of my favourites -- heavy cardio is not my strong suit and this one of billys advanced workouts that i can actually do (along with live advanced and studio advanced which i mentioned already). i also like advanced live 5 because it is mostly floorwork. i dont like get ripped basic 1 or total 3 and total 4 much because im finding them to be too easy for me now. i still do them as an add on to other workouts though. i do like get ripped basic 2 because it has a bunch of everything in it. again, because im weak in cardio, i have a hard time succeeding at get ripped advanced 1 and 2 so i dont do them very often. cardio and flex can be purchased at amazon.com or at walmart, best buy, stores like that. *~*~*~*~* Carolyn RE: > My question is, what is everyone's favorite Tae Bo workout and why? > What about least favorite? --- Checked by AVG anti-virus system (http://www.grisoft.com). Guest guest
Mindi, I don't really have ones I don't like. I like them all for one reason or another, but I just have some that I seem to like to do more often than others. The ones that I like to do more than others are: New AL1, Original AL1-3, BL2, Old BL1, BL3, BL6, BL7, BL10, AL8, AL11, AL4, Gold, and Jr. But everyone has a place in my library. I have notes on them all--still have a few to finish up--so I know what I'm getting into. On those workouts don't walk it out. Keep going. Keep doing the moves until they transition to the next or start doing the next one. You *don't* have to do what they're doing. He does the "walk outs" to give a "rest" in between moves or show a new one. Once your library increases and you get more of the older workouts, you'll find things that you can do to make moves harder and more challenging as well. You won't find any of the new workouts (Cardio, Flex, Believer's, Tae Bo 2K4 or Contact) on taebo.com site. The new workouts are made by a different company. You can check out best buy or amazon and find them there. www.deepdiscountdvd.com is a good one as well. Best Buy was on back order for Cardio and Flex--when it first came out, so I got mine at Wally World, so you can check there as well. I don't know if Best Buy has them in the stores or not. Gymmie in Cali The difference between fit and fat is "I" What you eat between Thanksgiving and Christmas isn't as important as what you eat between Christmas and Thanksgiving God loves us in good times and in bad times. But He is even more real in our lives when we are having tough times. Coach Joe Gibbs -- Favorite Workout? My question is, what is everyone's favorite Tae Bo workout and why? What about least favorite? I do wish there was a few less 'walk it outs', Also, I'm reading about the Cardio and Flex workouts from other people, does anyone know where I can get copies of those? They are not on the taebo.com website for sale... haven't checked Ebay, probably should... As of right now, TaeBo Capture the Power/ Energy's my fave...here's why... It just happens to be the one I just completed an hour ago, and I was very satisfied with the results. I happen to like the " 04 Capture the Power, my technique has gotten stronger with this set, but that doesn't mean the others'll collect dust...I have my library set up just right now...I think Jerry
Guest guest
I was able to get the cardio and flex at Target for only $9.99 each. I watched the flex one and it looks pretty good. Nice in between workout. I do like AL2 (I don't know if it's the old or new one) but I really like it when the old song " Push it " by Salt and Peppa comes on. I have done any of them in so long I can't remember the other one. I think AL10 was good. AL 5 is a killer with all the floor work. Oh yeah, I do like the Taebo Impact with the standing bag. Beckie Who needs to pull out AL5 and do a little bit of floor work for the next 3 months till I can do the cardio ones again. > > Also, I'm reading about the Cardio and Flex workouts from other > people, does anyone know where I can get copies of those?
