I was wondering what they have done in PT after post op my PT thinks that im

just supposed to do small exercises and i sit in this head pad thing, he said

hes not sure about tens stimulation but i think that would help, so i was

wondering if anyone knew or has had tens therapy after theyre decompression, Ohh
