trouble remembering things

Does anyone else have trouble remembering some things like

assignments, school homework, appointments? My daughter was recently

decompressed, has been doing great but forgot about a pretty

significant school assignment. I wonder if it has to do more with

recovering brain than avoiding doing it. I hate to blame her if she

truly just forgot and it has something to do with a chiari (plus

school is almost over anyway).
