Guest guest
hi, i read about insurance dening michelles surgery. i appoliage for any missspelling of her name but when i read how her surgery is denied because of ins. this is a huge issue of mine. what i would do right away is---get the copy of the denial--mail a written letter to the main insurance case manager---copy it to any other people in the insurance group like anyone who runs anything in the office or anyone spoken to--the mayor--or any city officials--any and all state health departments. along with the letter mail reports of her condition things done so far, and all risks and what will occur without surgery. at the end write that all of her medical issues and denials are being saved and documented. That there will be legal action taken if anything occurs to her health because of denied care. just my opinion, ive done this and received care for doing it. follow everything they have done and are doing. always have numbers and write all names of everyone you talk to and keep it filed in order as things occur. written letters make them responsible because it is documented of what you will do if they dont take action. joyce calif
