I appreciate the loss you are going through as I am recovering from my mother dying Aug. 12. There were 3 of us who lost our moms that weekend, now you are the 4th. The relief that they now rest comfortably is enormous but the loss is still devastating. I did so much grieving as I lost who Mom was through the years, but there is still grief to expend. Of course. Your mother's journey seemed quite quick and dramatic. Right from the beginning of joining this group I recall you felt she wouldn't last long. You were right, thankfully, with her quality of life at the end. I hope you can find peace now in your memories. , Oakville Ont.
