She is experiencing is an irritability at times, occasional insomnia that feels 'different' according to her and related to a right inguinal lymph/psoasy aching which she previously experienced with gluten issues R. cecum inflammatory issues. She is now on a gluten-free, dairy-free diet. But would appreciate any and all suggestions. She is quite fit and also very health conscious. Thanks much in advance.
