Guest guest Posted March 11, 2004 Report Share Posted March 11, 2004 hi lenier! any one of billy's instructional 'workouts' will be great and are the absolute best place to start with taebo. anyone, of any fitness level, can do the instructional. so do the instructional tape until you feel comfortable moving on... it is all up to you how long this takes. some people do the instructional once and move to the basic level... some do the instructional for months and/or in little bits at a time. everyone is different and moves at their own speed. but please do give it a try!!! good for you for looking into something new and different to do!! if you have the original instructional tape... i think that the tape sleeve is green?.. and if you like it, i would be happy to send you the orignal basic tape (blue sleeve) to go along with it! free of charge of course... just a taebo lover who would like to help a person who is new to taebo. so please let us know what you think when you try it! i bet that you will find it to be alot easier than you are expecting and that you will be ready to do the basic workout really soon! *~*~*~*~* Carolyn RE: My question is this: I have ordered an introductory TaeBo video from eBay today and want to know if you think I can do it " right " at my height and weight.
