Me too :( I'm a pee-ople also!! I drank very little water and was really

worried about increasing it. But I've noticed that after a few weeks, the

amount I had to pee was the same as before (still more frequent than others

<G>) but not any more than before. The first week was really bad at night. I

got up 2-3 times. I also learned to get my water in by 7:00, 2 hours before

bedtime and it seemed to help. Right now, I'm up to 2-3 liters of water a

day plus my 3 diet cokes and 1 low carb Arizona iced tea.

, EXCELLENT advice! If I'm truly hungry then I go ahead and eat. I

make myself eat something healthy first and some water and 9 times out of 10

it does the trick for me.
