I mean, my feet slide apart and I ended up exhausting myself twice as bad! I finally broke down and bought an excersise mat and use that now for those excersises. When I was in active TKD classes, we trained barefoot on carpet.. so wearing shoes and doing all this was alot of change for me!(although it is still my preference!). They're like regular tennis shoes, about ankle height.
