I still wear my tae-bo shoes that I got from next up a long time ago. I doubt

they even sell them anymore.

hi!

i wear a brooks cross-training shoe (not really expensive, just a nice shoe

that i bought at walmart or something) and i work out on a hardwood floor

which is great for pivoting.

Ok, being you are on hardwood.. do you find that doing the squat holds are like harder? I mean, my feet slide apart and I ended up exhausting myself twice as bad! I finally broke down and bought an excersise mat and use that now for those excersises. When I was in active TKD classes, we trained barefoot on carpet.. so wearing shoes and doing all this was alot of change for me!(although it is still my preference!).

I have a pair of martial arts shoes and then I have the Tae Bo shoes. I workout on carpet.

There are shoes that used to be available years back. I think the training center might still have them. They're like regular tennis shoes, about ankle height. You can see a picture of them here: http://tinyurl.com/382ne
