Guest guest
Hi !! So sorry you are still in so much pain  I'm sorry, I dont have any experience with either of those but I will say that I was a strong supportor of chiro from age 5 on. Then at age 36 I had the adjustment that put me into a wheelchair. That was when my TC was discovered. Had my surgery, got out of the wc fortunately, and resumed life. Since then, I still will occasionally go if something is really " stuck " but quite honestly, it brings temporary relief and then seems to only aggravate things more. I have found much better relief from Thai massage (slow stretching type of yoga massage that often corrects misalignments but in a much gentler way). It addresses it on two levels, by gently stretching the muscles releasing the spasms AND putting the bones back in place. Then the spasms dont just pull them right back out. I know some chiros use heat packs etc, and that roller table (now that really sets my pain off) but it is no where near what Thai does. If there isnt a practitioner in your area there are videos you can order online and have a friend learn to help you out. It will benefit them as much as you actually and/or you could find a massage therapist that is interested in learning and go in with them on the tapes or buy them outright (for future discounts lol). That way they can help you and others. As my body doesnt tolerate any meds I am always looking for things to help with the pain so the newest thing I am trying (well will be in a few days when they arrive) is radiation hermesis. When I lived in CO, I went every two weeks to a natural hot springs there and found great relief. Springs like that bring relief in several ways, the high mineral content and others but one reason is also the low level radiation. So I have come across a company that has been using low-level radiation stones for about 20 years or so with great results on numerous health issues, one being pain. I also am awaiting biopsies atm with a different issue so hopefully it will help me on other levels as well. Anyway, do your own research, see what you think, and check them out if you like. www.Nighthawkminerals.com I will give them a shot and report in on the results Hope you find something that helps (((HUGS))))  > > > > > Hi everyone!
