Guest guest
I haven't been posting in a long while, but I am reading the group every day. I made a "lenten commitment" to fitness and I started the week of Ash Wednesday. I have worked out 6 days/week for the past five weeks. My schedule has been as follows: Monday.......1/2 hour wts and 8 min taebo Tuesday.......basic taebo Wednesday.......Abs & Glutes Thursday,....basic taebo Friday........basic taebo Saturday......1/2 hour wts and 8 min taebo Sunday.....OFF :0) I've been working full time lately, so this has been a real challenge....but so far I've done it. Not to dwell on the religious aspect, but it is the least I can do for all He did for me. Caroline

I'm just going to start a schedule and see how that goes. This is all new for me....but this is what I plan on doing starting tomorrow: Sat. 8 Min workout Sun. 8 Min workout Mon Tae Bo Basic Tue 8 Min Workout Wed Tae bo Live Basic Workout Thur 8 Min workout Fri Taebo II get ripped Basic. I'm taking that advice of going the 21 days and seeing what happens. I know I will not do more then what my body allows. So, with that and a combination of diet as well. I'll be tracking everything on fitday.com and after the 21 days I'll let you all take a peek..well maybe after the first two weeks to help keep me movtivated too? "o) I'm determined to get my body back to comfortable and fit. I'm excited as well. What do you all think? ^i^
Guest guest
Way to go Caroline! Keep it up! I've always thought of my workouts as my " prayer time " with God.
